ROKKOT accepts orders 24/7 Accepted orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Order processing and shipment:

 

  • Orders without optional engraving will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days from the date of placing the order.

  • Orders with optional engraving are processed within 1-2 days, and once the engraving design is approved, the manufacturing and shipment of orders take 1-7 days (Elegance kit - 1 day, Excellence kit - 7 days)

 

International shipping:

 

  • Shipment worldwide via FedEx, UPS, DHL.

  • Delivery is free.

 

Shipping within Russia / Kazakhstan / UAE:

 

  • In Moscow / Our-Sultan (Astana) / Dubai, the delivery is made by our courier.

  • Shipping to other cities in Russia / Kazakhstan / UAE is carried out via the logistics companies.

  • Delivery is free.

 

Lost packages:

 

  • If a package is displayed as having been delivered to your address but is actually missing, you are required to report the lost package to us within 2 weeks from the date of your order for domestic shipments or 4 weeks from the date of your order for international shipments. Once you report your lost package, we will  commence an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and try to recover it. If the carrier declares the package a total loss, we will ship your order to you free of charge if available.

  • We shall bear no responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

 

Duties and taxes:

 

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other charges that are levied after their package reaches its destination country. Duties on items can vary greatly depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other fees and duties may also apply depending on the items. The duties and fees will not be refunded on any returns.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Shipment tracking:

 

International orders will be shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx and will be delivered by your local postal service or its affiliates. You will receive a shipment confirmation email, including your tracking number, once your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Limitations:

 

Orders shipped internationally are limited to a maximum interim purchase limit of $5,000 or a maximum purchase limit of 30 items per order.
